About Niti
I came to yoga & meditation first as a child, but it wasn’t until adulthood that I began to understand how deeply it could support me. What started as a physical practice gradually became a way to navigate stress, reconnect with myself, and create more steadiness in everyday life. Over time, yoga has become not just something I practice, but something that shapes how I move through the world - and I remain a dedicated yoga practitioner, still learning from it as I go.
I am a yoga teacher, a yoga therapist, and also a full-time licensed architect. While those paths may seem very different, they both reflect parts of who I am. Architecture has taught me discipline, clarity, and how to think carefully about structure and individual needs. Yoga has brought in softness, awareness, and a deeper understanding of the connection between body, breath, and mind. Together, they have shaped the way I teach—with thoughtfulness, warmth, and attention to detail.
My personal practice has evolved over the years through movement, breathwork, meditation, study, and lived experience. There have been times when yoga challenged me physically, and other times when it asked me to slow down, listen, and trust stillness more than effort. That evolution is part of what continues to keep me connected to the practice. It feels real to me, because it has grown with me.
My teaching is rooted in accessibility, self-awareness, and genuine care. I want people to feel that yoga can meet them exactly where they are, without pressure to perform or be anything other than themselves. Whether through movement, breath practices, relaxation, or meditation, my intention is to offer tools that help people feel more grounded, more supported, and more at home in their bodies.
Above all, I hope the space I create feels warm, welcoming, and approachable. I believe yoga can be both practical and deeply personal, and it is a privilege to share a practice that has given me so much.
